At first, it has a refreshingly light taste and acidity, followed by a full-bodied, slightly bitter taste. It tastes like a daiginjo, and it is a shame that it was sold for less than 1,000 yen.
Even a few days after opening the bottle, the impression of the clear flavor remained the same, and it was still a good, standard sake.
