There is not much aroma.
The mouthfeel is very gentle and light. The taste spreads from there, but it is still light. However, even though it is thin, it has sweet, umami, sour and bitter flavors, and it has a solid core. It is very fine. At the end, it disappears softly, leaving a gentle bitter-sweet aftertaste. It is beautiful. It is delicious.
The rice for this sake is Omachi from Akaiwa, right? The rice is from the Akaiwa area, which is one of the best areas for Omachi rice, which tends to be strong and rich. The potential of the rice is fully utilized in this sake.
If it is compared with Ghibli, it is Mrs. Kurokawa of "The Wind Rises". She is a beautiful woman with slanted eyes who looks good in kimono. She doesn't appear in many scenes, and she doesn't even have a name, but she is a very impressive person. She is a very nice person who is considerate of details and sensitive to people's feelings.
