PNK
It has a rough, rich and fragrant aroma due to the fact that it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. The aftertaste is dry.
Personally, I like this sake.
It is a type of sake that can be enjoyed with sake. However, it is also dangerous.
It's been a while since I drank my favorite type of sake, but it's still very tasty.
It would be perfect if the aftertaste were a little more refreshing.
I paired it with sushi and various other dishes.
Basically anything goes.
However, if I were to say something extravagant, I would say that the sake stands up too much, so I can't say anything about pairing it with food.
However, I think it goes well with Japanese side dishes in general.
