Kasumitsuru山廃吟醸純米吟醸

I was attracted to it because of its beautiful label. It is our family tradition to order crabs from Kouzumi and eat them at the end of each year. The label said it would go well with crab, and it certainly did. The taste is mild and non-habitual, perfect as a food sake.
