Something I received from a relative who went on a trip to Akita.
It has no aroma, a sharp and clean aftertaste, and no peculiarities at all in the mouth.
It is just right for drinking well chilled in midsummer.
It can be served with anything, but sashimi with a light aftertaste is delicious!
