RoyskiThis sake came highly recommend from a friend, after his cycling trip in Japan.
This is a very smooth sake. Very delicate aroma, something slightly floral. The flavor comes quick. It rolls on of a soft white grape wrapped in hibiscus. Being slightly dry let's the alcohol time to slowly disapate off the toung with minimal bite. Bright with a medium body makes this a well rounded experience.
