Purchased this for my grandmother's US jubilee celebration. I had never had a bottle of Eiko-Fuji, although I was interested in it, but I had no idea that this would be the first one...
It is a visually pleasing sake with a lot of gold leaves dancing in the air. The taste is sweet and has no peculiarities, and it seems to be popular with everyone.
It's not a good value, so if you are looking for a simply delicious sake, you should look elsewhere, but it was perfect for a festive occasion in terms of both glamour and drinkability.
