Spring in Yamamoto is an ukiwaki! It seems. I have been drinking Yamamoto series recently, so I was attracted by the name and bought it for the first time♪
It's a slightly fizzy, fruity, and slightly cloudy beer similar to New Year's No. 7 or Pure Black. But since it's a spring float, it's gentle and not that sharp. It is also said to be low in alcohol content at 14 degrees. (The naming has no deep meaning, but it is as beautiful as the image.)
The aroma is strawberry-like, and the slight carbonation adds a refreshing and gorgeous flavor. Immediately after, the tongue is clothed in the softness of rice powder. There is not much sharpness, bitterness, or saltiness. The acidity is moderate and the sweetness does not linger, so it can be drunk without hesitation.
