<Sour and sweet Powan (sweet and sour)
Sake that produces 4MMP, a new aroma component of sake. It is a characteristic aroma ingredient contained in white wine and beer hops.
The aroma is mysteriously rich and slightly acidic. Certainly white wine-like. Yes, it is good. Interesting.
When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the acidity. It tastes like white wine, too. But it also has a sake-like taste, and the umami comes out slowly in the second half. The sweetness is moderate and the acidity is spicy. The acidity is strong, and to be honest, there are some parts that I don't like. But it is still delicious.
The second day. Oh! I like it better than the first day.
Day 4. Oh, wow! It has settled down even more and has a nice sour-sweet pout. The acidity is still there, but it's still clear and intense, and the curd has been removed. It's so delicious!
If I were to compare it to Ghibli, I would say Anna, the main character in "Marnie of the Memories". At first, the tsun component is a bit strong. But in the last scene, the various ruts are resolved, and it's vivid, refreshing, and cute.
