The scent is mild floral. There is a slight kiwi-ness to it.
When you drink it, it has a deep flavor and the firm sweetness of white peach and white grape goes through. The sake is clean from start to finish with no bitterness or miscellaneous tastes 😊.
It is low in alcohol but has a nice, solid mouthfeel. It is a very good sake.
