Isshaku-Suisei Special Junmai Sasanigori. As one would expect from the season of new sake, there are a few nigori (cloudy) sakes here and there. I am not a fan of cloudy doburoku level sake, but I have no problem with orikarami level sake.
The bitterness of the lees is subdued, but a persistent bitterness comes slowly. It is easy to drink with no roughness.
