ぽわんぽわんThis is my first drink of Laughing Four Seasons. From prior information, I thought it would be a fruity sake in the current style, but my first impression after drinking it was clear and refreshing. The sweetness, acidity, and bitterness are all in perfect balance with a moderate, fresh taste. It seems to go well with a wide range of home-style dishes, from Japanese to Western cuisine. If this is my neighborhood brewery, I would like to make it a regular sake. ❣️ I would like to drink other colors as well.
