Takatsugu
We are late from Tanabata, but we opened a bottle of "Hakurakusei-style" Daichi bottle from "DATE SEVEN SEASON 2".
From the first sip, it has a robust umami and sweetness that seems to be rooted to the ground. The aftertaste has a hint of bitterness. The rice used for this sake is also Yamadanishiki, but the taste is different from that of the Umi bottle, and you can sense the difference in the brewery's production.
This is a bottle that will make next year's Tanabata fun. Delicious ‼️
