The brewery is Matsuya Shuzo in Fujioka City, Gunma Prefecture. It is a rare sake brewed with red yeast. It has a slightly cloudy white peach color. The sake is sweet with a sake strength of -17.
Cold soup (a local Miyazaki dish) after drinking sake is indescribably delicious.
