We had a bottle of Yokoyama SILVER7 Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake.
I drink it every year ❗Yokoyama SILVER7
I made sure to get it this year too 😊.
The aroma is mellow, like muscat, and it fills the glass. Hmmm, it still has a nice aroma❤.
When you put it in your mouth, the umami sweetness spreads all over your mouth with a strong grape-like aroma, and it finishes off nicely with a slight astringency and a slight bubbly feeling that comes out towards the end.
It is delicious!
It can be enjoyed either on its own or as a mealtime drink 😊In case you are wondering, today's entrée is sashimi of flounder and bonito 🐟.
But the Yokoyama SILVER7 is always excellent 👍!
The new sake season is about to begin! The fridge is already too full 😢.
