ちゅうえい
Today's sake is the Kuroryu Tarekuchi from the Kuroryu Sake Brewery in Eiheiji-machi, Fukui Prefecture. It's made from Gohyakumangoku, so you'd expect it to be light, but it's quite sweet, but not sticky. It's a Honjozo spec, but I think the aroma is pretty pronounced, but what is it? I don't know. But it's good!
