gomibako
The taste is typical of nama-shu.
Since it is not a ginjo-shu, the aroma is not that great. Still, it has a refreshing aroma.
It tastes like a sparkling wine right after opening the bottle. As time goes by, it settles down.
It is neither too sweet nor too spicy, and does not taste of rice.
It is a sake that can be enjoyed on its own without the need for accompaniments.
