First smile Shiki. Unbelievable cosmetics from the specs. I wanted to try other sake from Shiga since I had Nanamoto-yari before.
The aroma is weak. The taste is neither spicy nor sweet. It is very refreshing, so I don't think it would be a good choice for a meal. It is delicious 🍶.
