I got this at a visit to Kintohira on my trip to Okayama & Kagawa!
Enjoy it with the sake pickles we bought at Kinryo at the same time ✨.
When you open the bottle and pour it, it has a sweet, full aroma of sugarcane and rice.
The mouthfeel is refreshing and non-habit-forming, making it THE sake for evening drinking. The flavor spreads with a moderate richness.
The sweetness of the moist rice flavor + the condensed dry astringency that comes in the latter half of the taste.
While the neighboring "Akagisan," which is also an evening sake, has a clear flow and umami, this one has a crisp, clear, full-bodied, and sharp taste!
It goes perfectly with the sweetness that seeps out from the daikon radish and fried bean curd in the sake.
I am also attracted to "Ume Nishiki" and "Kinryo" because of the memories I have from my trip.
I hope to meet them again in the future 😌.
