This time, we would like to introduce Adachi Nozo's Danchi Craft.
Adachi Nozou brewery has a sake brewery in a room of a UR housing complex called Tomida Danchi in Takatsuki City, Osaka.

and orchards adjacent to Tomida Danchi.
This sake is made from Buntan (pomelo) and mandarin oranges harvested in the orchard adjacent to the Tomita Danchi.
There are two types of sake: light nigori and nigori, and I chose the light nigori.
It is served well chilled.
The appearance is a pale yellow light nigori like lemon squash.
The top aroma is a combination of sweet koji aroma and orange aroma.
The mild mouthfeel is juicy and tastes like nothing other than orange juice. The juice is so fresh that you may forget it contains alcohol.
The 8% alcohol content is designed to be enjoyed by those who do not normally drink sake in their apartment complexes.
The alcohol content is 8%, which is a good choice for people who don't usually drink sake,
The juiciness is not lost even when drunk with ice.
I am sure the people who managed the orchard would be happy to taste such a juicy juice 😊.
I'm sure the people who managed the orchard would be very happy if they could have a sake brewery in their apartment complex.
I found a wonderful collaboration craft sake 🍊✨.

Good morning, Hirupeko 😃.
I saw on SNS that the unveiling event was very popular ☺️
I hope the crowdfunding campaign by Adachi no brewery to create a sake that goes well with takoyaki with investors will also be a great success 😊.

Good evening, Aladdin. This time there were many people covering the event as it was in collaboration with UR. It's a great local souvenir and as a participant in a similar initiative, I want to support it 😊.
