We stocked this at the end of the year because Urasato 2nd was so good last year😄.
The moment the outer stopper was removed, the bottle automatically opened and flew around the kitchen.
I was surprised that there was no warning ⚠️ to open the bottle. I poured it into a bowl right away, so it didn't overflow.
I haven't seen such a pop since Miyazumi.
The sake is also delicious, with a nice tangy taste.
I'll have to keep the 2nd bottle for myself again 😁.
