Finally, retro.
When you uncork it, you get a whiff of a gorgeous and fresh aroma that is similar to Modern 🥂✨. However, I can detect a little more depth and weight in the aromatic nuances than Modern. It's a good aroma with depth, somewhat reminiscent of ripe fruit. ‼️
Like the Modern, the clear acidity and sweetness are in harmony, but this one has a bigger volume of flavor in the mouth👍.
The intensity of umami seems to accentuate the characteristics of this retro.
The sweetness and richness of the rice can be felt gradually on the tongue, making it very drinkable.
Each of the three varieties was distinctive and to my liking, but I guess the one that was closer to my recent taste trends was the modern.
I finally had a chance to drink the Edo return, which I had been putting off for a year 😂.
If only I could open this year's Zero earlier...
