Longing! I had always wanted to drink it, so when I found it on the menu, I was so excited!
I was surprised at how easy it was to drink, even though it's sake and has a good amount of alcohol content. I could see why it is a popular sake! I wish they'd let me buy it at a regular liquor store or something, but I guess they don't sell it...
