ゆーへー
It has a slight pear-like sweetness, but it flows quickly and smoothly.
It is soft on the palate, and despite being junmai (pure rice), it has little bitterness or other unpleasant tastes.
Conversely, the junmai ginjo Kurobekyo has a more robust rice flavor.
This is also one of the bottles given to me by a friend in Toyama.
Hayashi is hard to find even within the prefecture, but Kurobe Gorge is available at supermarkets, so I asked for it.
As the light blue bottle suggests, it is a watery sake, and I drank it with fish and it was gone in no time.
