Summer 2020
I was curious.
Mitsuo Yamakawa, who had a hard time drinking it
When I first found him in a liquor store.
What's that? That's what I thought.
Collaboration with four breweries in Yamagata
When I heard it had my favorite, Yamagata Masamune, in it
There's no reason not to drink it anymore.
It's just as sweet as you'd expect, and there's no unnecessary quirks.
There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
I don't like bitterness, but it's pleasant even for me.
I recommend it to people who like Yamagata Masamune.
I'm a slow consumer.
I don't think you can drink at home.
Next time you see one in a liquor store, you can buy it without worrying about it.
The rice ratio is 60%, so it's a Junmai Ginjo class.
16% alcohol by volume.
