Takatsugu
Mikawa Bushi by Maruishi Brewery, which I got on an expedition. I love Ni-Utari, but this is the first time I've had this one. I suppressed my eagerness and opened the bottle.
It has a fresh, fruity sweetness. It is a junmai nama sake, and its somewhat robust flavor seems to go well with autumn flavors.
Basically, it is a local sake that is often consumed in Aichi Prefecture, but like Nito, it is also delicious ❗️.
I would like to drink it if I find it outside of the prefecture. It's delicious ❗️.
