The aroma is unique and not like other sake 😉 (somewhat raisin-like).
It has a strong citric taste as if it is made with white malted rice! The sweetness on the palate is well balanced with the acidity! 🥰.
I wonder what would be good to drink with a meal? I'll think about that too and drink it in the future! 🧐
