I haven't been able to buy it for a long time, partly because I can't afford to buy it often, so I put it on hold for over a year after I bought it.

The bread-like fluffiness can be felt in the aftertaste, and the flavor is stable from start to finish.
This kind of calm taste without any sense of being out of the ordinary is also one of the best parts of sake!
