This sake is made by Niigata's
Takahashi Shuzo has changed its company name to Aoi Shuzo.
This is the first sake from the first year of brewing as Aoi Shuzo ✨.
The shoulders of the first batch of bottles are individually hand painted by the brewers, and no two bottles are the same shape.
The bottles are shipped and transported, bumped and scratched and wet, the paintings are rubbed and cracked and peeled, and the time between leaving the brewery and reaching your hand continues to be etched into the bottle, making it a unique bottle.
Each bottle that arrives at your hand naturally expresses the time that has passed up to this point. The concept of the design is the manifestation of such time.
I am looking forward to this bottle 🍾✨.
Now it's time to open the bottle ✨🥂✨
Clean acidity
Fruity aroma
Slightly sweet
Mild acidity and refreshing
Very light.
It's like a light white wine.
Like natural water from white grapes 😁.
The bitterness comes out at the end of the aftertaste.
Low alcohol (13 degrees) so you can drink it easily 😋.
Second day
The flavor profile is more defined than the first day.
Yes, today's is delicious ❣️
The sweetness and flavor are expanding ♡.
I'm not going to drink it all up, I'm going to enjoy the changes in flavor a little more.
I'm going to enjoy the change in taste 😊.
