The aroma is apple-like fruity with a hint of blue grass and a slight smell of rice
The taste is slightly alcoholic, with a sweet and sour apple-like flavor, with a slight complexity and umami of rice, and overall a fruity yet deep taste.
It is probably the sweeter of the Kubi, but it is easy to drink with a slightly dry aftertaste due to the strong acidity.
A well-balanced sake that is delicious on its own or with a meal.
