Here is the second bottle I brought to the gathering for the Tamagawa Fireworks Festival. Since there were a lot of wine drinkers in the mix, I chose something that was as easy to drink as possible and not too sake-like.
It was light and refreshing at 13% alcohol by volume. I feel comfortable recommending it to sake beginners.
However, my husband and daughter, who have enjoyed many kinds of sake on a regular basis, declared that there was nothing peculiar about it 😆.
Next time we drink sake at home, we will have to prepare a very good sake that we like 🤭.
