Haneya Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi
Hiyoroshi" is a sake for autumn, isn't it?
I'm a niwaka, so this is the first time I've heard of it.
I like regular Haneya, but this one is easy to drink too!
It has a refreshing sweetness and aroma, but it has a nice sharpness.
It doesn't get in the way of food, so it goes well with anything.
Since it is an autumn sake, we served it with pickled eggplant, which is in season.
