Gifu Prefecture W - Junmai Yamadanishiki - Fire in the Bottle
I have drunk this beer a few times at the store, but this is the first time I have bought it in a bottle. The taste is modern and fruity, but there is a heavy alcohol aftertaste. It has a freshness that you don't feel from the fire. I'd like to try it fresh.
