A long-established sake brewery in Hitachiota
There was a tasting event at Isaka Sake Brewery.
The brewer was there.
He was kind enough to talk to us about various things.
We were given a set of three recommended Junmai sake to compare.
The total price was 800 yen for 1 sake.
The Junmai Ginjo was the best!
The Junmai Ginjo was my favorite!
