Daiginjo Shizukusyu made with Yamadanishiki produced in Yoshikawa
The aroma is very mild for a daiginjo.
The aroma is very clean with only a slight hint of ginjo aroma.
It might be more pleasant at higher temperatures.
The taste is very clean and clear, as is typical of Shizuku-shu.
The sweetness of the rice and alcohol are blended together for a very smooth taste.
There is almost no acidity, but it has a clean and crisp aftertaste, probably due to the fact that it is alkyu-soaked.
Simply delicious!
The aroma and taste are relatively modest and lack impact at first glance, but overall the balance is exquisite without any unpleasantness, and it is a very well-made daiginjo.
