Nose:
The nose is rather pleasant and full.
Apricots, flowering pears, cooked rice, mitarashi dumplings, almonds, hazelnuts and white sesame seeds. After a while, the fruitiness intensifies.
Taste :
The attack is rather strong, with a good sweetness. The palate is slightly sweet with a smooth acidity and a good bitterness. Medium-full bodied with a creamy impression. The finish is rather short.
Impression:
The palate is thick and rich with rich aromas that are slightly mature.
Warmed Sake:
Ripe yellow fruit aromas are more pronounced at around 30°C, and the creamy, savoury flavours are enhanced.
