It's been a while since I've had a nirvana tortoise at Third Place.
When I attended the Shinmasa Sake Brewery's Mr. Sato event at Tawareco the other day, I heard that Nirugame's 10th anniversary sake will be released this year with a sake bottle, so I was able to enjoy a taste before that!
As Mr. Sato mentioned, Nilgame is the only Shinsei sake that can be enjoyed heated, but I personally enjoyed it at room temperature!
Rice polishing ratio: 88% (100% Akita Sake Komachi is used)
Alcohol content: 13%.
