I got this at the Fukushima Antenna Shop. There were a variety of sake available, and I was torn between "Tenmei" and "Miyazumi", but I decided to go with "Rin", which I had been personally interested in for a while!
I liked the simplicity of the label and the pure sound of "Rin"ð.
When I opened the bottle and poured it, the blue aroma reminded me of mint.
The nose is blue, reminiscent of mint, with a head full of leaves.
The mouthfeel is surprisingly round, with a hint of apple buttery flavor that comes in at first.
The overall flavor is sweet and rich, but the astringency of matcha and the spiciness of the brewer's alcohol balance each other out nicely!
The second half is sweet and astringent, with an aftertaste and aftertaste similar to kiwi, etc. ð¥.
Musha rice crackers, squid carrots and sake.... I'm happy to be able to enjoy Fukushima and Aizu for the first time in a while âš.
