This sake was drunk at a tavern in Hakodate.
Slightly fruity with a clean aftertaste.
I wondered why a sake brewery in Hyogo was located in Hakodate? I wondered why the sake brewery was located in Hyogo, but was told that they use Hakodate-grown rice called "Ginpu".
The sake seems to have won the highest gold medal in the "Best Sake in a Glass of Wine Award".
