It is a junmai-shu with a milling ratio of 70%, but the rice used is 100% Yamadanishiki from Shimane Prefecture.
When you taste it, you can feel the flavor of the rice in the clean taste. This is the Yamadanishiki we are talking about.
The aftertaste is clean and slightly spicy, but there is no alcohol feeling, making it a very pleasant sake.
