We received #Hanaboe Yamahai Junmai Daiginjo Splash from #Miyoshino Shuzo in Yoshino-gun, Nara Prefecture. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to repeat it.
I kept it in the fridge for a while so it was easy to open the bottle without spurting.
It has a good balance between a fresh, strong fizziness and a lactic acidity with a moderate sweetness that makes it easy to drink 😊.
