I drank it at a restaurant that an acquaintance told me about on a trip to Akita. It was a beautiful sake. Are Akita's sakes mostly refreshing? Is it because the restaurant serves delicious food, or is it because they have a good selection of sakes that do not interfere with the food? Just like the image of Suitama.
