The taste is comparatively melon-like.
I expected it to be very sweet, but unlike the aroma, it is not the dense type, but rather elegant with even a hint of transparency.
Low acidity, characteristic of Ogawa yeast, but not too sweet and easy to drink.
The label says that it is a challenging sake, but it is a very nice sake with a high degree of perfection.
