This sake is made with Niigata-grown Yamadanishiki and brewed with "Yukitsubaki yeast" extracted from the flowers of the camellia japonica. This junmai unfiltered sake has the full flavor of Yamadanishiki, a refreshing sweet and sour aroma characteristic of yeast, a refreshing acidity, a slight gaseous sensation in the mouth, and a fruity flavor in harmony.
It is delicious with a sense of gas and sweetness.
