It's my first time to try Gohyakumangoku. The mouthfeel is refreshing, but gradually the ginjo aroma comes through. The bitterness that is typical of Gohyakumangoku spreads, but the aftertaste is smooth. Oh my god, if you pair it with firefly squid pickled in okizuke...!
