In April 2016, we accompanied Manganji togarashi (red pepper) and char-grilled jidori chicken at our favorite restaurant, Tora Manganji.
The brewery is Imanishi Shuzo in Sakurai City, Nara Prefecture. It is a junmai-shu made from mizu-hashiroshi, a rare type of sake. I have never seen a sake with a sake strength of -34. When I checked again on the Internet, I found pictures of products with "Bodai Hashiro" labels, but I could not find any with "Mizu Hashiro" labels, so maybe I drank something very rare.
