Organic Koshihikari Junmai sake. Purchased at a supermarket in Yamanashi. There was only one bottle left, so I bought it to see if it was popular. Not much sweetness, super dry mouthfeel. The dryness is maintained while the spiciness gives it a sharp edge. I am not a fan of spiciness.
