Junmai Daiginjo Manjusen TORON, which will now be offered at the 48 Fishery, is a sake brewed with Koshihikari grown in Funabashi Village, Toyama Prefecture, the smallest village in Japan, and Yamada Nishiki as the malted rice, using Koshihikari grown in Funabashi Village, Toyama Prefecture, which is blessed with melted snow from the Tateyama Mountain Range. It is a limited edition of 950 bottles of Junmai Dai-ginjo, which can be enjoyed only at 48 Fishery, and was brewed by the brewer Masuda Shuzo, sake retailers, sommelier Motohiro Okoshi, and the staff of 48 Fishery with the theme of "sake that goes well with fish" in pursuit of a perfect match with sashimi. It is a limited edition of 950 bottles of Junmai Dai Ginjo.
