I was in the mood for a Miyagi sake such as Urakasumi to go with the Nitori whale sashimi I had bought at Kadokami Gyorui the other day.
There is a Yamaya near my office that is open until 10pm.
After work, I went home to get a 300 ml bottle of freshly squeezed freshly milled sake from the "Yukino Matsushima" brewery.
Yamaya Kura is pronounced "Taiwagura," right?
