Rice used: Yamadanishiki Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 16 One of a set of small bottles sold when we visited Kizakura in Fushimi. What is it like? Let's go! The aroma is sweet and sour, like yogurt, and relatively subdued. The brewing water is soft and clear, typical of Fushimi. It has a rich sweetness of ogome, a slight sourness like yogurt, and the perfect sharpness. I think it is good as a food sake. Thank you again for the food tonight!
